The Great Perran Cake Bake Off & Sale

We really hope you can come along this Saturday for our inaugural Great Perran Bake Off in the garden of the Waterfront Restaurant, Beach Lane Perranporth. We are very excited about the event and you can bring entries along from 11am. See poster below for the finer details!

Lot’s of you have emailed offering to help on the day….Mick Sanwell will be down at the Waterfront Garden at 8am so if you are feeling brave or are an early riser, she would like a hand setting up the marquee, constructing the tables and decorating the garden. We also need help selling cream teas and hot refreshments from 11 through into the afternoon.

Please encourage your family and friends to have a go entering something. To clarify the category ‘Cornish sweet treats’ includes, cakes sponges and fruitcakes, buns and scones … as long as it is made in the County and is sweet, it’s Cornish! Who will be King or Queen of the Bake?

See you on Saturday xx
